Our Booking Process
1. REACH OUT
Contact us to discuss your vision, goals, and budget. We’ll provide options that are the best fit for you and quote an all-inclusive price, because no one likes surprises. The more you share, the better we can serve you.
2. RESERVE YOUR DATE
To secure your date, we require a signed agreement, and a 50% retainer. We will send an agreement and invoice, along with an audio/visual rider for your review. Simply sign and send back.
3. CONSULT WITH OUR DIRECTOR
Jeff. our director and star, will meet with you via video or phone, to discuss the details of your event and answer your questions. Our professional event staff are aways available to answer additional questions.
4. MAXIMIZE IMPACT
We’re serious about making your event the best it can be. You will be supplied with a number of event planning resources. This includes promotional materials (posters, pictures, bio, video), tips, and access to any custom materials.
Our cast will rock your stage and execute your plan. They are happy to hang out afterwards for autographs, selfies, and more if the travel schedule allows. Please pay the balance of the performance fee by your event date.
6. FEEDBACK & STRATEGY CALL
We will take time to review your event together and make suggestions so that your next show is even better! We look forward to being a resource for you, even after your event date.
